Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be processed within 24-72 hours (depending on when your order is placed). Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday but not on weekends or holidays.
All products are in stock unless otherwise stated.
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada using USPS or Canada Post.
For International orders (outside North America), if you have any questions, please contact us. Please note that we reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations. Post-Surface shipments to international locations can take 4 - 12 weeks for delivery & Post-Air shipments can take 4 - 8 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Goods & Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be charged on all Canadian orders.
We do not charge taxes on USA or International orders.
Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may be charged domestically (if applicable).
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than 14 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returned goods must be in original packaging and not used or damaged in any way.
You must mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization number and return address.
Packages without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
If your product has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us.
